Our services
Deboning and meat processing is a traditional, intensive and vulnerable process with high demands on quality, food safety, traceability and continuity.
We unburden every beef slaughterhouse with an effective, efficient and qualitative process of deboning and meat processing. After slaughter, our specialized employees process the carcass and/or its (technical) parts into various meat products. They debone, cut it into smaller pieces for further processing in meat processing plants. We do this directly on location or in our own meat cutting plant in Belgium.
Of course, we work in all processes according to the applicable rules and procedures to guarantee quality and food safety.
About us
We are the process improvers of meat processing in every beef slaughterhouse. With the purchase of beef parts and meat packages or the deployment of our professionals for slaughter, deboning and cutting we ensure:
- a direct professional (hot) meat processing in parallel with the slaughter process.
- a complete saving on the deployment of employees of cattle slaughterhouses.
