Unisad processes and markets cattle parts from the fifth quarter, supplying them to specialist customers and markets. By working closely with cattle slaughterhouses, we find valuable uses for product streams that are traditionally underutilised.
Quality, traceability, food safety and halal-compliant processing are at the heart of this approach. We combine technical expertise, efficient processing and market knowledge to get more from every product stream.
